how it works

  • TaBelle is a tablescape hire company.

    We rent out luxury table settings that have been pre-styled and themed.

    Hiring table decor means you can have designer goods for your next soirée without having to invest in items you might only use once.

  • We’ve already done the hard work for you and carefully chosen luxury table decor that pairs together perfectly.

  • You can book a table scape for intimate events of 4 people or for larger soirée’s of up to 18 people.

    For events larger than 18, enquire within.

  • If you want to level up your lunch or dinner, there is an option to add-on florals, custom disposable film cameras, and personalised name cards.

    We can provide a floral that matches your tablescape. Pricing is subject to availability and number of settings.

    Name cards are featured on the extras page and are already styled to match each scape - just add your guests names.

  • We’ll drop the boxes to your door with easy to follow instructions on how to set up your scape in a matter of minutes.

    We deliver locally within a 10km radius of Newcastle for free.

    For delivery outside of this area, please contact us for a quote and availability.

  • We guarantee your food is going to taste better on a beautiful table.

    We’ve even pre-made a Spotify playlist to match your theme, so you don’t have to play DJ on the day.

    You’ll receive a QR code in your TaBelle box that will take you straight to your mix.

    Wine, dine and enjoy!

  • Pop the items in the dishwasher for a cycle and once dry, place back into our reusable packaging ready for us to pick up the next day!

  • You name the event and we’ll hire you gear! Hens, baby showers, bridal showers, micro weddings, engagement dinners, Valentine’s Day, 21st, 30th, 60th (I can go on and on - you get the idea!). Essentially, anything where food or drink is involved - TaBelle can be hired out!

  • We ask you just pop the glassware and plates in the dishwasher for a cycle so the food comes off!

    Then just pop back in our reusable boxes.

    Don’t worry about washing any of the linen, just shake the crumbs off and we’ll take care of the rest after pick up!

  • Currently, we just drop off the products and pick them up the next day after your event!

    The set-up is SO easy and we have photos/instructions to help the process if you need any extra help.

    If you do have an event that requires set up please enquire with us as we may be able to accommodate for an additional fee.

  • Absolutely! All add-ons are yours to keep!

    We can give you tips on how to keep the flowers looking beautiful for longer - and all those photos on your instant film camera are your memories for life!

  • We would LOVE to see your long lunches and soirées of all kinds.
