Christmas Cocktail, Ginger Delight.
Gingerbread Cocktail in our Ethereal Glasses
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar - 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 shot kahlua
- 1 shot vodka
- 1/2 shot gingerbread syrup
- 1/2 shot cream
- Cinnamon stick & gingerbread cookie
METHOD
Add 1 & 1/2 cups water, brown sugar, honey, fresh ginger, cinnamon sticks to a saucepan. Boil for 3 minutes, then remove from the heat. Once cool, stir in vanilla essence. This will make your gingerbread syrup!
After this, fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Kahlua, vodka, syrup and cream. Shake Shake Shake! Garnish with cinnamon and gingerbread cookies. Sprinkle with a little bit of ground cinnamon (not too much here)
